Products and Accessories ship via UPS Ground to the Lower 48 in the USA
Free Local Pick-up and Delivery is available in the Amarillo, TX area. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately following the order to schedule a pick-up/delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product or accessories that you have purchased, you may return your order for a refund (may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%). Return and exchanges are allowed within 30 calendar days from the date of the receipt and must be authorized by Slicks Fabworks prior to return shipping. Returned product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. No returns or exchanges on products that show signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or otherwise defaced in any way will be allowed. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured by the customer. A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Slicks Fabworks.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Contact Slicks Fabworks via e-mail (email@example.com) to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any products or accessories. Any refused shipment sent back to Slicks Fabworks does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to make all arrangements with Slicks Fabworks for the shipment, prior to its return. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Processing of refunds
All refunds on returns are processed as quickly as possible, usually within three business days. Please allow an additional 12-14 business days for credit card refunds to post to your account. Up to a 20% restocking fee may be assessed on all authorized returns.
Product damage or missing parts
If your product(s) arrive damaged or are missing parts, a missing or damaged item claim must be made to Slicks Fabworks via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 business days of the receipt date. All claims for damaged products must be made with the carrier and Slicks Fabworks. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. Slicks Fabworks cannot initiate any claims with the carrier on the customer's behalf.
All orders canceled before packing are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. If an order is canceled at the time of shipment, it may be subject to a restocking and unpacking fee of up to 15%.
